Be my shams and I'll be your Rumi!

I was Born in Ahvaz, and have grown up in the south west US. I'm from a large family (6 siblings) with very mixed veiws.My father is Iranian and my mother is American, we grew up with both cultures but with each new sibling focus was lessened. I'm really in to my culture, religion, nature, family, exotic pets especially reptiles and salt water fish and liven the dunya.I attended a trade school for graphic design but didn't finesh. I really like rock music like aperfectcircle, AFI, and some other bands. I also snow board, surf, play the rare soccer pickup.I like reading scifi, history and natural history.I'm sort of a practical joker and have some pretty good jokes. I have to say I really adore Afghani culture, having very few Iranian friends and even fewer religious ones, my Afghani friends where great people all around. So carpe the deium you know. Looking For: I'm looking for my shams. I'd like to marry a nice lady. Some one faithful, pious, a guardian of family and culture. Some one strong enough to hold my leash, and still let this dervish wander. She should speak English well and possibly teach me Farsi. If she speaks another language than great alhumdu'llah. I'd like some one american raised, or at least familar with this country. Tolerant, understanding, loving, and fianlly my shams. Shams is both the center of my universe and Rumi's beloved teacher, a friend to the end.
