Born in Iran, raised in the US, and currently calling Portugal home for the past 4 years. As a pediatric dentist, my passion care, patience, and empathy—values I prioritize just as much in my personal life. I live an intentional, balanced life. I love being outdoors in nature, gardening, practicing yoga and meditation, staying active, or lost in a good book. I’m an avid reader and a firm believer in continuous learning, high emotional intelligence, and personal growth (including doing the inner work through therapy).
