Not your average guy!

I'm looking for a very special lady, someone to share adventures with, who enjoys being cooked for, is kind, open-minded and enjoys romantic candle light evenings. I love the outdoors, travel, good music and movies. In my spare time I enjoy reading about ancient and medieval history. I love travelling to historical places and exploring Medieval castles and abbeys and one day I'd like to see ancient sites in Mesopotamia, Greece and Rome. I would also like to visit some more tropical places to watch the sunsets and sunrises with someone special in my arms. I'm more into places off the beaten path than touristy ones and love planning my trips! I believe that life should be enjoyed and I have a fair bit of free time so I'd like to share it with someone who is not a workaholic. I am however goal oriented, just not in the way most people are. My friends describe me as caring, reliable, romantic, kind and funny (sarcastic/morbid). While I don't want to have kids, I'm open to meeting someone with older kids. I'm also not a dog person. W PS: I give pretty good back rubs :)
