As a sociologist and social researcher, my work focuses on empowering individuals by exploring the significance of relationships in our lives. Through my experiences, I have come to realize that our connections—with ourselves, others, and the world—are central to our growth and well-being. As I refer to Heidegger's quote: "We are born in relationship, we live in relationship, and we die in relationship," I extend this idea by adding that we grow in relationship. Highliting at the core of these connections is love, the driving force of life, which fuels personal growth, healing, and empowerment.
