Looking for a serious long term relationship

I have been divorced for 5 years. I was married for more than 10 years and I have also been in one long term relationship after my divorce which unfortunately did not work out. I am looking only for a long term relationship . I am open to the idea of getting married again but it is not an absolute must for me. I have a 13 year old son. I share joint custody with his mom. We are cordial with each other. My son is my life and if having a relationship with a man who shares custody of a child is not your cup of tea please lets not waste each other's time. I have lived in the US since I was 17 and I don't think I am compatible with someone who just got here!! I enjoy reading, traveling and exercising regularly. I follow politics and the news and enjoy talking about it. In terms of my own political beliefs I would say I am middle of the road. In terms of religious beliefs I am an agnostic who believes in doing the right thing. I feel that I am capable of giving a lot of love. I just have to find the right woman for me first :)
