Headed to U.S. on a bus in 1966, served tables putting myself through college. Climbed the professional ladders, did some philanthropy as I traveled thirteen U.S. States and seven countries as an engineer and manager. Fell in love more than once, and out of love with all respect and kindness I could find in me. Raised two children into professionals. Along the way.... Visited an orphanage in India and fell in love with the kids dancing there. I fund-raised around ten thousand dollars for the orphanage. For six months in Portland Oregon, I slept in a homeless shelter once a week with families who had recently lost their job and were evicted from their homes. I served them meals, helped them find jobs, and got them back on their feet. For four years, I helped my ex-wife run her "Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation of Oregon". We translated the American Cancer Society breast cancer pamphlets into Farsi, printed and distributed them to patients and clinics in Iran. We cheered up some angels mend their wings, smile, and remember how to fly again. I am now home and have settled in a comfortable condo north of Denver. I remain humble and down to earth when it comes to treating others. With you, I will remain a kind and patient partner, someone you can trust, talk to and count on to make life easier for the two of us and our children. Would you like to be the one? Together, we can walk, talk, make new memories, travel, cook, drink tea, and ... read poetry to one another!
