In search of a real friend

I am a well-educated, well world travelled businessman, divorced for 18 years, living in this area over 40 years and looking for educated lady young in age and mature in heart and mind for a pure friendship relationship and spending our spare time together such as dining our or in, movies short or long trips if time permits.
