Goodness is the only investment that never fails

Sorry to the few of you trying to contact me. Today Feb. 7th is the first time I am signing in since April last year. I was gone all summer and I am NOT paid member. Got back to Arizona at the end of October. I am a regular at AZPCC community. I am volunteering for the Nowrooz this year :) Continue reading about my summer trip. During the summer of 2022, I was all set to explore the mystique of Iran, but unforeseen political shifts forced me to put it on hold. Instead in 2023 I embarked on an unforgettable journey to New York, then Scandinavia, Germany, Balkans, Turkiye (Istanbul and Konya, visiting Mevlanes toum) then I top it of with a walk of the Camino de Santiago, Frances route from San-Jean-Pierre-de-Port France to Satiago then Finisterre Spain about 900km, had the time of my life. I may not be a believer in reincarnation, but my Persian friends couldn't help but share intriguing tales with me. The Persian culture aligns closely with the culture and values I grew up with. Also, I enjoy Persian food, music, and poetry like those of Rumi and Hafez. I've even tried playing the sitar and oud. I firmly believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. In my younger years, I completed over 20 marathons and triathlons, including IronMan, skiing, and rock climbing. It would be delightful to meet and connect with someone kind, wise, intelligent, grounded, and authentic who doesn't worry about trivial things too much — after all, life is too short to squander nonsense.
