About Me: Persian American Renaissance woman. Born and raised in AVA, but rooted in ancient Persian culture. My entire family is Persian and left their homes during the Iranian Revolution to pursue a more successful life of freedom in the U.S. I've played the violin since age 5, for 13 years. I love rockin' Haydn quartets, jamming trios, and orchestral arrangments. I have sung since I discovered my voice in 6th grade, for 8 years: studying a diversity of genres - opera, Broadway, rock, and jazz. I learned how to swing dance when I started college and have been hooked ever since, 8 years and going (professional since my 4th year, teaching, performing and competing all over the world).
I have a passion for the entertainment industry, and want to be an artist's advocate - within concert production, film production, music production or fashion. I also have a penchant for intellectual property, both copyrights and trademarks, and would love to work in the D.C. metro area or northern Virginia for a few years after law school, just to get my feet wet.
